The Creative Arts Society is pleased to offer curation and gallery management services for venues such as hotels, restaurants, salons, banks and retail and office spaces to enhance the environment without adding workload to the staff.
We will work with you to determine what kind of exhibit best fits your space and develop a plan and exhibit schedule that integrates into your business seamlessly. Every aspect of the art hanging is managed by CAS and all that remains for the venue owner is to simply enjoy your wonderful new art gallery.
Choose from three gallery types:
The Standard Gallery
The Standard Gallery rotates bi-monthly or quarterly, at the venue owner's discretion, and features an array of work from various artists, Exhibits can include painting in oils, pastels, inks and acrylics, as well as photography, digital art, textiles, sculpture and mixed media. The showcase of artwork will dazzle your clientele and add vibrant color and atmosphere to your space. You can leave all the work and the entire art exhibit up to CAS trusting in the creation of a beautiful diverse local art exhibit and leaving you more time to focus on your business. All of this is available to your venue free of charge because CAS is a local non-profit whose mission is to promote the development of the “Artist in Everyone” for the expanding growth and diversity of our community.
The Curated Gallery
The Curated Gallery is designed for the owner seeking a consistent gallery presentation in their space. Each exhibit features the work of one-two artists, selected from the Created Arts Society (CAS) Portfolio of Artists by the owner and planned by the exhibiting artist(s).
Experienced members of the Creative Arts Society submit representative images for inclusion in the “Portfolio of CAS Artists”. This portfolio is made available to interested venues seeking artwork. The venue chooses the
artists from the pool and works with a CAS curator to custom design shows for the coming year.
Special Events
If your space is only available at one or more specific times during the year, CAS can fill it with fine art by organizing a juried exhibit. These are competitive exhibitions that result in a showing of the best that CAS has to offer. Previous Special Events have included The Dougherty Arts Center, Bass Concert Hall, Link & Pin Gallery, and Riverbend Inspirational Gallery, among others.

Exhibit Schedules
How long? How often? You tell us!
Any type of Exhibit Gallery can be one-time only, annually, or rotated as you choose. CAS simply needs a little setup, change-out and strike time to manage whatever type of show you would like. CAS can rotate exhibits bi-monthly or quarterly at the venue owner’s preference. We will set an exhibit schedule for ongoing rotating shows with our membership to ensure you are able to enjoy fresh new pieces of artwork on a regular basis.
​Never a blank spot…
While artists love to show their work, they really love to sell a piece of art.
Here’s how that works: Each piece of art has a discrete small professional looking white tag posted beneath it with the title of the piece, the artist’s name and contact information, and the price. If someone is interested in purchasing a piece, he or she contacts the artist and arrangements are made to deliver the art and rehang a replacement so there’s never a blank space in the gallery and you will never have to handle a sale. CAS coordinates all sales directly with the buyers. The commission made from CAS sales is given back to our community through annual donations to local non-profits.
​​Also, all art installed by the Creative Arts Society is family-friendly and the venue owner or manager always has the final say as to what will hang in its gallery. CAS art exhibit services come with no cost, no liability, and no hassle; our services are free to the venue, and our artists sign liability waivers and agree to manage any sales that may occur.
